Archived contract inputs

These bundles are no longer embedded or read by the current code. They are kept outside contracts/upstream/ only to avoid mixing inactive inputs with the contracts currently required by the test/development tree.

Do not create or update a contract here. Create a new contract only as part of an explicit contract migration.
