Add manual Codex App test results table to the design spec — 4/5 passed, 1 N/A (sandbox doesn't block git writes in Local threads). Drew Ritter	a26cbaab2e	Move Codex tool mapping to progressive disclosure reference file ... Move inline routing table from using-superpowers to references/codex-tools.md, leveraging native progressive disclosure for companion files.
