Drew Ritter	70d85021b0	Fix path resolution and symlink removal in Codex installer ... Use fileURLToPath() instead of manual URL pathname parsing to correctly handle paths with spaces and special characters on all platforms. Drew Ritter	654106c4ac	Add minimal Codex installer for native skill discovery ... Creates symlink from ~/.agents/skills/superpowers to repo skills dir, updates ~/.codex/AGENTS.md with gatekeeper block, removes old bootstrap block if present.
