Drew Ritter	654106c4ac	Add minimal Codex installer for native skill discovery ... Creates symlink from ~/.agents/skills/superpowers to repo skills dir, updates ~/.codex/AGENTS.md with gatekeeper block, removes old bootstrap block if present.
