a544b37d33 Fix variable expansion and use @ reference 
- Changed heredoc from single to double quotes for variable expansion
- Added @ prefix to SKILL.md reference so Claude loads the file

f8bd448b50 Fix SessionStart hook: use command type with script 
- Changed from invalid 'type: json' to 'type: command'
- Created session-start.sh script that outputs JSON
- Script creates ~/.superpowers/ and injects context
