# 管理后台验收映射
|
|
|
|
对应 `docs/SIP管理后台_接口与页面设计及验收_v1.0.md`。这是 management 自身 Mock/隔离数据库的可重复验收，不把真实供应商、云、MQ、SIP/RTP、ASR/LLM/TTS 结果混入。

固定样例自动校验：`attempts_total=6`（拒绝不计入）、`started_confirmed=6`、`answered=2`、`terminal_not_answered=3`、`pending_not_answered=1`、`rejected=1`、`answer_rate=0.333...`、`talk total=180`、`acd=90`；号码只在响应中脱敏。

真实模式发布还要求外部 Cell Agent 的 HTTPS/mTLS、供应商核验、固定出口白名单和真实线路证据；本地测试没有伪造这些证据，也没有发起真实呼叫。Compose 只启动隔离 Mock。
