test(environment): 1058 migration three-state verification on real postgres
...
- fresh database, legacy upgrade (rows get one-shot access key, online=false),
repeat startup idempotence
- 1058 revised before any database applied it: drop dead token column,
provision access_key via temporary default so non-empty legacy tables upgrade
- immutable-migration rule skips PR-local migrations until merged; after merge
the lock applies again

- create/edit by name only; platform-issued key echoed once with
gateway config guide (CREATOR_PLATFORM_URL + CREATOR_GATEWAY_KEY)
- online/offline/never-connected tag from channel session state,
version column, pending task count linking to per-gateway task
history drawer (paginated, duration, status tag, error)
- reset-key action with confirm; api layer adds gatewayAction and
gatewayTasks; delete whitelist includes gateways
- tests updated for the outbound model; events ellipsis checklist
entry removed (field no longer truncated); table header test picks
the sticky table

- delete GatewayHTTPServer/GatewayHandler, create_server, /healthz and
/v1/channel; event_channel module removed
- load_config now requires CREATOR_PLATFORM_URL + CREATOR_GATEWAY_KEY
- run() wires Gateway into OutboundAgent; SIGINT/SIGTERM stop the agent
- deploy env example, install script, systemd unit docs and deployment
docs updated to the outbound model; NATIVE_GATEWAY_ENDPOINT dead dev
config removed

feat(gateway): outbound agent with task dispatch and event bridge
...
- OutboundAgent dials /v1/agent with bearer access key, blocking recv
- heartbeat thread reports version; backoff reconnect on failure
- task frames dispatch through shared route_gateway_request with
duplicate-id idempotent rejection (409) and explicit error mapping
- event bridge pushes SubscriptionManager pending deliveries, honors
event_ack/event_nack, repushes unconfirmed batches after reconnect

One slow account's full subscription buffer no longer tears down the
WebSocket shared by all accounts on the gateway. The overflowing
subscription is retired with an explicit error and replays unacked
deliveries on resubscribe; the buffer grows from 2 to 64 messages.
