Rogee 63df5b8b91 fix(captain): 试验场不查 FAQ 知识库 + 添加常见问题报 400 
三个问题修复:

1. 添加常见问题报 400 (assistant_id 类型不匹配)
   - CreateResponseDialog.vue: route.params.assistantId 是字符串,
     传给后端 uint 字段导致 JSON 反序列化失败
   - 修复: Number(route.params.assistantId) 转为数字
   - 同时修复 POST /assistant_responses 无尾部斜杠 307 重定向问题

2. 试验场 playground 不做 RAG 检索
   - generatePlaygroundLLMResponse 只构建 system prompt + 对话历史,
     从不查 FAQ 知识库
   - 新增 retrieveFAQContext(): embed 用户问题 → pgvector 搜索 approved
     FAQ → 注入 system prompt
   - 受 feature_faq 配置开关控制

3. FAQ embedding 无法写入 (pgvector 序列化 + 维度问题)
   - pgvector stub 无 driver.Valuer, GORM Save() 报 SQLSTATE 42804
   - 新增 UpdateEmbedding() 用 ?::vector 原始 SQL 绕过
   - SimilaritySearch 排除 embedding 列 + 手动格式化向量字面量
   - embedding 列从 vector(1536) 改为 vector (跟随模型维度)
   - FAQ 创建/更新时自动索引 embedding (SetRAGService 注入)

- auth_service: 移除 mfaService 依赖、MFARequired 字段、LoginWithMFA 方法
- auth_handler: 移除 LoginMFA handler、MFA 分支逻辑
- bootstrap: 移除 SAML/LDAP/MFA service 初始化和 handler 注册
- sso_middleware: 精简为仅支持 OIDC provider
- router: 移除 SAML/LDAP/MFA 路由注册
- config: 移除 SAMLConfig/LDAPConfig struct 和 defaults

前端移除：
- v3/login: 移除 MFA 验证流程和 SAML 登录入口
- v3/api/auth: 移除 MFA 响应处理
- v3/routes: 移除 SSO login 路由
- dashboard: 移除 MFA 设置页面、SAML 安全设置页面
- i18n: 移除 mfa.json
- featureFlags: 移除 SAML feature flag

.env.example / .env: 移除 SAML/LDAP 配置段

rogee 690796a7de fix: resolve 4 bugs from QA round 6 (BUG-F/G/H/I) 
BUG-F (P1): Fake webhook lookupInbox used JSONB @> operator on a TEXT
column, causing all fake webhooks to return "ignored". Cast
channel_config::jsonb before the @> operator.

BUG-G (P3): Vue Router history.state warning on Activity page. Four
call sites replaced history.state with null/{}, destroying Vue Router's
internal navigation state. Now all replaceState calls preserve
window.history.state.

BUG-H (P3): Inbox list showed stale data because cache_keys endpoint
returned hardcoded "0000000000" for inbox/label/team, so the frontend
IndexedDB cache never invalidated. Cache keys are now derived from
actual DB state (row count + MAX(updated_at)), with defensive fallback
for missing tables.

BUG-I (P3): All worker goroutines shared the same Redis consumer name,
so XINFO CONSUMERS showed 1 consumer instead of N. Each goroutine now
generates a unique consumer ID (workerID-index).

- ArticleEmbeddingRepo (new): Upsert, GetByArticleID, DeleteByArticleID,
  SearchByEmbedding using pgvector cosine distance (vector_embedding column)
- ArticleEmbedding model: add VectorEmbedding pgvector.Vector field
  alongside existing JSONB Embedding (backward compatible)
- ArticleService: add SemanticSearch() — generates query embedding via LLM,
  searches articles by cosine similarity; add GenerateEmbedding() — creates
  and stores article embedding from title+description+content
- ArticleHandler: add SemanticSearch endpoint
  GET /portals/:portal_id/articles/semantic_search?query=...
- bootstrap.go: inject articleEmbeddingRepo + llmProvider into ArticleService
- router.go: register /articles/semantic_search route
- migration 000049: add vector(1536) column to article_embeddings table,
  create ivfflat index, migrate existing JSONB data to vector format

Verified: go build + go vet + go test all pass

rogee aeddedf2a3 Reorganize repo: backend/, deploy/, docs/ layout + AGENTS.md 
Restructure the monorepo into clear top-level directories:
- backend/: Go module root (cmd, internal, pkg, configs, migrations,
  docs/swagger, scripts, tests, go.mod, Makefile, .air.toml)
- deploy/: Docker (Dockerfile, docker-compose*), quickstart, fluentd
- docs/: project documentation + reports/ (moved from repo root)
- AGENTS.md: new AI coding-agent guide at repo root

Update all references to the new layout:
- Dockerfile: COPY backend/go.mod, COPY backend/ (context = repo root)
- docker-compose files: context ../.., dockerfile deploy/docker/Dockerfile,
  env_file ../../.env, volume mounts ../../backend:/app
- deploy/quickstart/compose.yaml: dockerfile deploy/docker/Dockerfile
- CI: working-directory: backend for go commands, file deploy/docker/Dockerfile,
  coverage path backend/coverage.out, health_check backend/scripts/
- backend/Makefile: docker target uses -f ../deploy/docker/Dockerfile ../
- README: architecture tree, quickstart, config paths updated

Move root stray scripts (rename_models.*, run_m11_tests.sh, verify_build.sh,
gorm_bool_main.go) to backend/scripts/legacy/. All moves via git mv to
preserve history. Build, vet, SQLite tests, and docker compose config verified.
