Resolves H-294. Replace the incompatible HTTP audio/speech request with the official CosyVoice duplex WebSocket protocol, enforce the single secure endpoint shape, and add an offline endpoint/command-sequence contract test. No real TTS or SIP call was made. Verification: go test -race ./...; go vet ./...; go build ./cmd/sip-demo.
