Summary

generate and validate an in-memory Mihomo subscription provider
on ambiguous reload failure, restore and reload the previous provider; stop both services if recovery cannot be confirmed
package pinned ACL4SSR Online Full MultiMode rule providers with checksum verification
expose only port 7890 and keep subscription credentials out of persistent files and logs

Verification

./scripts/test.sh (74.3% bootstrap coverage)
go vet ./...
git diff --check
./tests/container-smoke.sh
