Root cause:

  • Five provider entries pointed at the rules root although the pinned ACL4SSR archive packages them under Ruleset/.
  • ChinaCompanyIp contains bare CIDR payloads but was declared classical instead of ipcidr.

Changes:

  • Correct all five packaged provider paths.
  • Use ipcidr for ChinaCompanyIp.
  • Add a focused seeded-config contract regression.

Verification:

  • ./scripts/test.sh (race tests; 74.3% coverage)
  • ./tests/container-smoke.sh
  • Packaged Mihomo config test succeeds with no missing-provider or missing-parameter diagnostics.
  • No real subscription credential is present in Git/test fixtures; synthetic sentinels remain absent from image metadata, runtime files, and logs.

Risk:

  • Low; routing order and policy groups are unchanged. The corrected behavior only affects the ChinaCompanyIp provider parser.
