Closes HH-690

  • run Mihomo directly with cold/warm last-good lifecycle, hourly and SIGHUP updates, native hot reload, and rollback
  • mount the subscription URL as a read-only Compose secret and publish only 7890/TCP plus 9090/TCP
  • package pinned MetaCubeXD and local ACL4SSR assets; remove the obsolete SSClash runtime

Validation: ./scripts/test.sh; ./tests/container-smoke.sh; go vet ./...; go mod verify; git diff --check
