Rogee 92f0d51375 refactor: 统一 DB/Redis 配置为 DSN 模式 + 移除 Helm/K8s 部署 
- DatabaseConfig: Host/Port/User/Password/Name/DBName/SSLMode → 单个 DSN 字段
- RedisConfig: Host/Port/Password/DB/URL → 单个 DSN 字段
- 环境变量: GOCHAT_DATABASE_* (7个) → GOCHAT_DATABASE_DSN, GOCHAT_REDIS_* (5个) → GOCHAT_REDIS_DSN
- validator.go: DSN URL 解析校验 (scheme + host)
- redis.go: redis.ParseURL(cfg.DSN) 直连
- 所有 docker-compose / CI / shell 脚本 / .env 同步更新
- 删除 deploy/helm/ 整个目录 (20个文件)
- CI 删除 helm-validate / deploy-staging / deploy-production 三个 job
- 文档同步更新 (README, 架构设计, PRD, 滚动升级)

原标记为后端未实现的 5 项经深度代码溯源 + API 验证确认均为可用:
- Billing: limits 200 ✅ subscription/checkout/checkout 全部注册
- Emoji Reactions: 纯前端能力，Chatwoot 无独立 API
- Custom Views: 使用 custom_filters 路径，已实现 200 ✅
- Multi-tab Sync: WebSocket /cable 已就绪
- Conversation Workflows: 纯 UI 组件，数据走 account API

Rogee dccd4b93f7 fix: 修复第二轮回归发现的已知 BUG 
## 修复清单

### 后端路由修复
1.  — 新增 GET 路由与现有 POST 并存
   - 前端 widget.html 原使用 GET 调用但路由仅注册 POST，导致 404
   - 修复: 注册 GET + POST 双路由，handler 支持 query param + JSON body

### 前端修复
2.  — Config 调用方式修正
   - GET /api/v1/widget/config?website_token= → POST /api/v1/widget/config
   - 发送 JSON body: {"website_token":"..."}
   - 后端 Config handler 已同时支持两种调用方式

### 文档更新
3. 修正测试计划 §13.7 已知未实现端点状态
   - 标记 4 项已验证正常（copilot/config、agent_bot_inboxes/、reports/overview）
   - 标记 2 项已修复（widget/config GET+POST）
   - 保留 1 项 P3 未实现（conversation_workflows 需完整 CRUD handler）

### 已验证非 BUG 项
- 仪表盘会话计数的0问题：实际显示 1/13/14 ✅（之前为 stale snapshot）

Rogee 9816848ca2 fix: Web Widget SDK + Auto-Reply AgentBot sender + LLM 真实模型对接 
## 核心修复

### 1. Auto-Reply Sender 修复（所有渠道）
- AutoReplyListener.sendAutoReply() 通过 botInboxRepo 查询 inbox 关联的 AgentBot
- 使用正确的 SenderType="AgentBot"（非小写 agent_bot）传递真实 AgentBot ID
- bootstrap 注入 agentBotInboxRepo/agentBotRepo 依赖

### 2. 事件数据 BUG 修复（影响所有 Webhook 渠道）
- incoming_persister.dispatch(): 补全 sender_type/content 到 event.Data
- channel/webhook.go: HandleWebhook 同步分发也补全 sender_type/content
- 未补全前 AutoReplyListener 找不到字段直接跳过

### 3. Web Widget SDK 生产验证修复
- cookie → localStorage token 同步（frontend/index.html）
- 路由双注册修复（router.go）
- Vite SPA 模式 + /widget 重写（vite.config.ts）
- WidgetService 注入 Dispatcher 触发事件分发

### 4. LLM 真实模型对接
- 配置 deepseek-v4-flash @ http://10.58.144.6:2014/v1
- LLM-mode auto-reply 规则创建并验证通过
- Prompt 文档落地: docs/captain-ai-auto-replay-prompt.md

rogee 0dabb8cfa5 docs: 整理文档目录结构 — 清理过时文档、归集功能子目录、统一命名规范 
清理:
- 删除 34 份过时文档（gap reports/QA临时报告/验收报告/阶段性文档）
- 删除 docs/.hermes/skills 第三方 skills 副本（16 文件）
- 删除 skills-lock.json

目录归集:
- 根目录仅保留 README.md 索引
- product/ — 产品与架构设计（PRD + ARCHITECTURE + P2设计文档 + AI/企业路线图）
- tracking/ — Chatwoot parity 开发跟踪
- requirements/ — M01-M12 模块需求
- plans/ — 历史实现计划
- parity/ — 路由 parity 与前端契约
- qa/ — QA 报告与测试计划
- ops/ — 运维部署

命名规范:
- 全小写 kebab-case，禁止全大写文件名
- product/tracking/ops 用 NN- 序号前缀
- requirements 用 MNN- 两位零填充模块号
- plans/qa 用 YYYY-MM-DD- 日期前缀
- requirements M1-M9 零填充为 M01-M09（修复字典序）

同步更新:
- backend/cmd/route_parity/main.go 路径默认值
- backend/scripts/parity_frontend_smoke.sh 报告路径
- 所有 docs 内部交叉引用
- .gitignore 排除编译产物 (backend/gochat, backend/route_parity)
- 新增迁移 000052/000053
- 前端 WS 相关修改

rogee e8d1876478 Fix sidebar missing Bots/Campaigns: add all feature flags to seed data 
The seed data only enabled 16 of 37 feature flags used by the frontend.
Two missing flags caused sidebar navigation bugs found during QA:

- agent_bots: the '机器人' settings link was hidden (isAllowed=false)
- campaigns: the '活动' (Campaigns) parent had no accessible children,
  so clicking it did nothing instead of expanding to show sub-items

Add all 37 feature flags from FEATURE_FLAGS to the smoke seed data so
every sidebar menu item is visible and navigable.

Also includes QA test report for the full-page CDP testing session.

rogee a1ae852eb2 Fix widget i18n missing locale files and clean up unused locales 
- widget/i18n/index.js: only import en.json and zh_CN.json (the only
  locale files present); remove 40+ imports for missing locale JSONs
  that caused Vite compile failure and global white screen
- dashboard/i18n/index.js: remove unused locale imports for consistency
- Remove 62 unused locale JSON files from widget/i18n/locale/
- Minor: update index.html, test helpers, e2e test, languages spec

rogee aeddedf2a3 Reorganize repo: backend/, deploy/, docs/ layout + AGENTS.md 
Restructure the monorepo into clear top-level directories:
- backend/: Go module root (cmd, internal, pkg, configs, migrations,
  docs/swagger, scripts, tests, go.mod, Makefile, .air.toml)
- deploy/: Docker (Dockerfile, docker-compose*), quickstart, fluentd
- docs/: project documentation + reports/ (moved from repo root)
- AGENTS.md: new AI coding-agent guide at repo root

Update all references to the new layout:
- Dockerfile: COPY backend/go.mod, COPY backend/ (context = repo root)
- docker-compose files: context ../.., dockerfile deploy/docker/Dockerfile,
  env_file ../../.env, volume mounts ../../backend:/app
- deploy/quickstart/compose.yaml: dockerfile deploy/docker/Dockerfile
- CI: working-directory: backend for go commands, file deploy/docker/Dockerfile,
  coverage path backend/coverage.out, health_check backend/scripts/
- backend/Makefile: docker target uses -f ../deploy/docker/Dockerfile ../
- README: architecture tree, quickstart, config paths updated

Move root stray scripts (rename_models.*, run_m11_tests.sh, verify_build.sh,
gorm_bool_main.go) to backend/scripts/legacy/. All moves via git mv to
preserve history. Build, vet, SQLite tests, and docker compose config verified.
